Gros Manseng

This grape variety originally came from the French Pyrenees. It has similar ampelographic characteristics and susceptibility to disease and pests to those of Petit Manseng. The bunches are larger but the grapes are small, so yields are only a little higher. It is also used to make dry white wines.
